We approach all issues from the standpoint of justice and rights of the affected individuals. For example, while handling crisis, we do just try to negotiate a settlement but seek to establish a precedent by insisting on proper justice for the community members. We always strive to promote unity and acceptance among the communities and sub-communities we work with and actively collaborate with other stakeholders to build a diverse and inclusive society.
